1. Definitions

"draviak" refers to the company operating this website and providing the services described herein, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"Service" means the Deployment Guidance Library subscription, Planning Workshop, and Custom Guidance Engagement offerings.
"User" or "you" refers to any individual or organisation accessing this website or using the Services.
"Content" means all written materials, reference articles, guides, and resources produced by draviak.
"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable order confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accessing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. Users must be at least 18 years of age to access the Services.

3. Service Description

draviak provides structured information resources and facilitated sessions to assist engineering teams in reasoning about hardware choices for neural network deployment. Services are available to organisations and professional individuals. draviak reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service at its discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or purchasing Services
Use the Content for your own internal professional reference only
Not share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Content to third parties
Not reproduce the Content in any public or commercial publication without written permission
Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose

5. Guidance Library — Service Terms

Access to the Guidance Library is provided on a single-seat subscription basis. Each subscription grants one named individual access. Sharing credentials with additional users is not permitted. Subscriptions renew at the current subscription price unless cancelled with 30 days' notice prior to renewal date. Quarterly updates are delivered to the registered email address and are included within the subscription.

6. Planning Workshop — Service Terms

A Planning Workshop is a single, fixed-scope engagement. Scheduling is confirmed by mutual agreement following payment. Rescheduling is available with at least 5 business days' notice. If draviak is unable to proceed on the agreed date, a replacement date will be offered. The written summary resource is delivered within 3 business days of the workshop session.

7. Custom Guidance Engagement — Service Terms

A Custom Engagement begins with a discovery session to confirm scope. Work commences upon scope confirmation and payment of the agreed fee. The written guide and walkthrough session are delivered within the timeframe agreed at scope confirmation. draviak will communicate proactively if any delay arises.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content produced by draviak, including the Guidance Library articles, workshop summary resources, and custom engagement guides, remains the intellectual property of draviak. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for their own internal professional purposes. This licence does not permit redistribution, sublicensing, or publication of the Content.

9. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is due upon confirmation of an order or subscription. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

Refund Policy

Guidance Library: Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription start, provided the library has not been accessed.
Planning Workshop: Cancellations with more than 5 business days' notice receive a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Custom Engagement: Discovery sessions are non-refundable once held. Guide production is billed upon delivery.

10. Disclaimers

The Content is provided for informational purposes only. draviak does not endorse or recommend specific hardware products or vendors. Hardware availability, pricing, and specifications change frequently; users should verify current information independently before making procurement decisions. The Content does not constitute professional engineering advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent technical assessment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, draviak's total liability arising from any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant Service in the preceding 12 months. draviak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or Content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify draviak against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Content.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' notice. draviak may terminate access immediately if a user breaches these Terms. Upon termination, the user's access to the Content is revoked. Obligations relating to confidentiality and intellectual property survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by written notice. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties regarding the Services, superseding prior discussions.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms continues in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment: Users may not assign their rights under these Terms without draviak's written consent.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
